Hacked By The Russians!?!

I hear that others cannot get anything done, because each day requires new or repeated untangling of online accounts. What an awful way to spend one's life.

I am in the same boat, today it was the Russians!?! The Russians hacked my Microsoft account (see below for scan of notice from Microsoft). I have no idea what to do about this. I clicked Report The User as instructed, but is this adequate? I got no response from Microsoft, no reassurances. And, could this effect my computer operating system, without which I cannot get my online accounts untangled, my bills paid? And exactly who is it that is interested in little, old me in Maine, USA?
