Subject: Fwd: I have had a cold in my lungs for a few days and today I woke up coughing, my neighbor who lives above me immediately coughed back at me. I am sorry that I woke her, but I am sick.

Now, a full year later, I can cough with confidence in the privacy of my own home because my neighbor who lives above me no longer responds.  She either got tired of never getting a response from old, unwell me or she got too old to care about the little noises of life that I make.
