How Was I To Protect Father?

The following court filings document just one of several incidents (allegedly) perpetrated by David Meiselman, during which David Meiselman intimidated and abused both my father and myself.

Notice that the Bloomington, Illinois police report redacted the (alleged) perpetrator in its zeal to protect the (alleged) perpetrator, failed to list my father who was the foremost victim in this assault, and incorrectly stated a multitude of significant facts of the incident.

David Meiselman was my late father's nursing home director in 2015, he was the son-in-law of the nursing owner, and he claimed to be an attorney. But why did the police protected him, instead of me and my father whom he victimized?
