15-Minute Cities

Handicapped, elderly, pregnant women, women with multiple children especially toddlers, sick or injured people; all of these groups of people often can't walk for 15 minutes, and they certainly cannot carry multiple packages or larger items that far. A 15-Minute neighborhood, without transportation in a fifteen minute radius, would pen most people up in their homes, in their house, apartment, room—whatever they have, without access to a normal life.
