Vitamins & Supplements

The unpleasant, expensive little pile of chemical vitamins and supplements that I take each day are artificial, do they even work? I already have a daily diet that includes ample fluids, fresh fruits, vegetables, and a wide variety of proteins and carbohydrates, plus treats; so do I really need vitamins and supplements? I have asked but I have gotten no credible answer, except confusion from friends, browbeatings from doctors, and my own uncertainties. So, for now I take them, but I do not like them.

The Chemical Vitamins & Supplements That I Take Daily:

Naproxen—220 MG, 1 tab daily, and as needed for ocular migraines

Nitroglycerin, 4 MG—as needed, not on a regular basis

Vitamin D3 (CHOLE) 2000—, 1 tab daily

Calcium—600 mg, 1 tab daily

Multi-vitamin/multi-mineral—Centrum Silver-women 50+, 1 tab daily

Potassium Gluconate, 1 tab daily

Zinc—50 mg

Turmeric Curcumin

Magnesium, 250 mg—1 tab daily

over the counter:

Miralax—daily, psyllium fiber supplement

Mucinex—nasal spray for congestion

Aspirin—1 daily, started 11-26-21
