Vaccinations

I felt a little bit like royalty, when my frail, old self was ushered to the front of the line to get my two COVID-19 vaccinations. Then I felt uncomfortable when my younger friends, who have had to wait for their vaccinations, vacillated between the defiance of "I'll never get that, they can experiment on someone else." to lamenting "I'm at risk too, why do I have to wait?"

Well, I have done my civic duty as I understood it, it is now very unlikely that I will carry or pass on COVID-19; and I have prepared myself to travel interstate with my vaccination papers in order. I am as prepared as possible for any new, surprising, peculiar COVID-19 laws which might springing up to frighten and impede me. No way to know if I have taken the correct path, the truth of this pandemic is hidden in a purple mist of deception, affection, and dominance by the powers that be.
