Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad

The news headline of ”Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad" resonated with this day for me. I broke my darling little white antique rocking chair that I sit upon in my bedroom to put on my socks. I was transporting it to get the cane bottom replaced and I broke one of the chair back's spindles and I lost three of the knobs that top the spindles. It is an utter loss, and I was in a smog of misery.
Then I found the three knobs that I had lost in the dark, and I think that I can glue the spindle; so maybe hope glimmers.
