I suppose it is to be expected, as a septuagenarian, that I would loss weight, and I have lost weight without any particular effort on my part. I am pleased to see my appetite decline, though I am sorry to realize that my sense of taste has diminished. My diet is changing without much effort on my part, for example I no longer want to stock salad dressings because they taste bad, not to mention that most contain vile oils, odd spices, and worrisome preservatives.

A passing concern is that when old people drop weight, they tend to wrinkle up. And COVID-19 already aged me and everyone else I see around me. Well, at least my voracious hunger of youth is tamed.
