are those who are heroes and those who aspire (astronauts, space-faring explorers, galaxy conquerors, wannabe exoplanet settlers);

in urban, physically built environments (megalopolises, cities, towns, and villages built in mud, plastic, steel, concrete, and petroleum);

on our rural producing lands (crop cultivators, stewards of domestic and wild animals);

on our wild lands (outdoor enthusiasts, tourists, poachers, squatters, National Park Service, United States Forest Service, United States Fish and Wildlife, and many other state and/or tribal governing bodies, all comprised of highly territorial agents of conservation and exclusion);

throughout the oceans, seas, lakes, and rivers (sailors, fishermen, marine and fresh water nursery wo/men;

conscripted into the military (young people everywhere and at every time in history).
