It all depends upon your point of view.  The view from the front door of my apartment is of three refrigerators stored in the breezeway.  Maintenance has stored them there for months, two on the lower level and one on the upper level.  Distressingly, these refrigerators still have their doors installed, which is very illegal as in the past children have inadvertently locked themselves into refrigerators and suffocated when they could not open it from the inside.

Management's view is lovely, especially for subsidized housing.  Thank you God that I am here safely, and please move them to move the refrigerators to proper storage.  Amen.
