Tiddley Winkie Woo
There is no fool like an old fool, like me. I feel a little bit like an April Fool's Day fool to still have such high hopes and dreams. They are not very realistic considering the infirmities and fragilities with which I am living this last chapter of my life. My hopes and dreams for when I get my seventy-year old self to where I want to be in Seattle, Washington, are to find a church for fellowship, to develop interesting friends to play with, and to find a nice, old man to love. To him I will say, "Tiddley Winkie Woo—I Love You."
For a playful, old-fashioned love song, hear "Tiddley Winkie Woo" by Sammy Kaye & Laura Leslie on 1950 RCA Victor 78. I remember this song from when I was a baby.
