Stupid People Are Dangerous

My theory as to why there are so many stupid people in politics is that stupid people sense that they are deficient, and to reassure and secure themselves they wriggle into politics where being in control is comforting; and being in control of everyone is very comforting, and that is when they become very dangerous.
