Consequences For Corrupt Illinois Politicians

Recently many YouTube channels are reporting on corruption in Illinois resulting in multiple FBI raids, indictments, and arrests of corrupt Illinois politicians. I made my comment at the Kip Simpson channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irkTLiBGoZo&t=301s.

Here's how highway repair appears to be done in Illinois (not done): first miles and miles of an orange cone processional are set up, then traffic slowly drives through it from spring to fall. When the snow comes the orange cones are stored until used the next spring, often set back up on the same highway. The results each year are twenty miles or so of fresh blacktop with the 1960's style berms left untouched. Earth moving is a huge deal, doesn't happen often and doesn't affect much of the highway. Where does the highway repair money go? And I bet some fat cat rents those orange cones to the State of Illinois, for a nice, regular bowl of taxpayer money.
