Take This Pill Or Not.

I have a massive amount of pain today, from all sorts of causes, age, accidents, operations, structural defects, whatnot. When one type of pain is quiet then others flare up, so pain medication is something doctors have tried with me over the years, giving me some very serious prescriptions. I find that no pain medication works well for me. The medications just put a la-la-land bubble over me and my pain. It puts me in a mental fog but my pain is right there beside me. There is no escaping my pain, so I decided to forgo the expense and potential side-effects of prescription pain medication.

Today I put on an inexpensive over-the-counter pain patch from the Dollar Store (no telling what is in it), and some pain cream on my hands. I really do not know that it helps, but it makes me feel that I have taken care of myself.
