Know that you can depend upon me to help you, always and unfailingly.

I am your loving mind, a wise inner parent, a strong adult protector, &

I am always here to protect, encourage, and applaud you.

You can always depend upon me,

Bring me your sorrows and fears, your joys and accomplishments.
